• Device and Usage Data: IP address, browser type, and anonymous analytics via cookies and Meta Pixel for service optimization.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is utilized solely to:

• Process, package, and deliver your Cash on Delivery orders.
• Send order status updates via SMS, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
• Verify delivery addresses to prevent fraudulent or mistaken orders.
• Provide customer support and assist with order inquiries.

3. Payment Information

Since ShopVibe India operates on a 100% Cash on Delivery (COD) model, we NEVER ask for, store, or process your credit card, debit card, or net banking passwords on our servers.

4. Data Sharing with Courier Partners

We share your shipping address and phone number exclusively with authorized logistics partners (e.g. Delhivery, Bluedart, Shadowfax) solely for the purpose of completing doorstep delivery. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
